By accessing or using LaTeX to Word Converter (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Kyda Tech ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

LaTeX to Word Converter is a web-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) application that allows users to upload LaTeX source files and projects and receive converted Microsoft Word (.docx) documents. The Service is intended for personal and professional use by individuals and organizations working with LaTeX documents.

3. User Responsibilities

By using the Service, you agree that you will not upload, submit, or process any content that:

• Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation;
• Infringes upon the intellectual property rights of any third party;
• Contains malicious code, viruses, or other harmful components;
• Is obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable;
• You do not have the legal right to use, upload, or distribute.

You are solely responsible for all content you submit to the Service and for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with all applicable laws and these Terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain full ownership of all files, documents, and content you upload to the Service. By uploading files, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license solely to process your files for the purpose of providing the conversion service. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content. The software, design, and underlying technology of the Service are owned by Kyda Tech and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

5. File Handling Disclaimer

Uploaded files are processed temporarily for the sole purpose of performing the requested conversion. We do not guarantee long-term storage of any uploaded or converted files. Files may be deleted from our servers automatically after processing is complete or after a short retention period. You are responsible for retaining your own copies of all original and converted files. We are not liable for any loss of data resulting from the deletion or unavailability of files on our servers.

6. Service Availability

We strive to keep the Service operational and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuous access to the Service. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without prior notice.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Kyda Tech and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.
