Convert LaTeX to Word without losing structure
Stop wrestling with broken exports. Our converter preserves headings, math formulas, tables, cross-references, and bibliography — exactly as in your original LaTeX project.
Free tier available — no account required for basic conversions
LaTeX is powerful. Converting it to Word is painful.
Reviewers, journals, and collaborators often require Word files. But standard tools break math equations, destroy table alignment, lose cross-references, and mangle bibliography entries.
The result? Hours of manual cleanup after every export — or a final document that looks nothing like your original work.
Three steps to a perfect Word document
No LaTeX installation required. No command-line fiddling. Just upload and download.
Upload your LaTeX project
Upload a single .tex file or a full .zip archive with multiple files, images, and bibliography. We handle the rest.
Convert to DOCX
Our engine parses your LaTeX source, resolves includes and macros, renders math, and builds a structured Word document.
Download your Word file
Get a clean, properly formatted .docx ready for submission, review, or further editing — in seconds.
Everything you need, nothing you don't
Built specifically for researchers, academics, and technical writers who need reliable LaTeX-to-Word conversion.
Formatting preserved
Headings, bold, italic, lists, and document structure map faithfully to Word styles.
Multi-file projects
Upload a full .zip with \input{} and \include{} chains. We resolve them all automatically.
Math formulas
Inline and display equations are converted to native Word equation objects (OMML), not images.
Tables
Complex tabular environments, merged cells, and column alignment are faithfully reproduced.
Bibliography & citations
BibTeX and BibLaTeX references are rendered inline and collected in a formatted reference list.
Fast export
Most documents convert in under 10 seconds. Large multi-file projects complete in under a minute.
Upload your LaTeX file
Drop a .tex file or a .zip archive to convert.
Files are processed securely and deleted after conversion. We do not store your documents.

Common questions
You can upload a single .tex file or a .zip archive containing an entire LaTeX project (with sub-files, images, .bib files, and style files). We recommend a .zip for multi-file projects.
We convert LaTeX math to native Word equation objects (OMML). This means equations are editable in Word — not images. Complex environments like align, gather, and cases are fully supported.
Yes. Attach your .bib file inside the .zip and we will resolve all citations and render a formatted reference list at the end of the document.
Files are processed in a secure, isolated environment and permanently deleted after your DOCX is generated. We do not retain any content from your documents.
The Free plan supports files up to 10 MB. Pro and API plans support up to 50 MB per upload. For very large projects, contact us.
We support the most common academic packages: amsmath, graphicx, booktabs, hyperref, natbib, biblatex, geometry, and many more. Custom .sty files can also be included in your .zip.
Yes — the API plan gives you REST access to the conversion engine with webhook callbacks, suitable for building your own tooling or automation pipelines.
